I placed an order! When will I get it?

Hurrah!
Quality takes time. Typical build time for my mirrors is 2 weeks. Please allow another week for packaging and delivery.

After placing your order, you'll receive an email telling you when to expect its arrival. Once your order has shipped,
you'll receive another email that includes the shipper's tracking information.

I can't wait! How do I hang it?

The mirrors hang just like any framed art with hanging wire.

What if the mirror arrives damaged?

No worries! All mirrors are carefully packaged, fully insured and tracked. In the unlikely event the mirror arrives damaged
(crossing fingers, it's never happened!), the mirror will be replaced at no extra charge. 

BUT you need to contact me within: 5 days of delivery for more instructions

What if I change my mind?

Are you able to make the mirrors in custom sizes and change the inlay colors as well?

Yes, I can make custom sizes and change the color of the stained glass. Just shoot me an email with your thoughts and
I can provide you with a quote.

We are looking to use a couple over double bathroom sinks. Can you make one a mirror image of the other?

Yes, absolutely!

I'd really like one for the powder room. Can you make the horizontal version more vertical?

Yes again.

I’m looking for a large mirror for our dining area above a sideboard buffet. The size is approximately 52” long
by about 40” tall. Are you able to make large mirrors?

Yes, I can. Please send me an email for a custom quote.

How much is shipping in USA?

Domestic shipping is free (except to HI, AK and PR). All packages are fully insured and tracked.

How much is shipping everywhere else?

Shipping is calculated at checkout.

I haven't received my order yet. What's going on?

If you're in the US and it’s been over 10 business days since you received your tracking information, or if you're overseas and it’s
been over 25 business days, please let me know by emailing me your name and order number. Thanks for your patience!
