I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, your mirror is not everything you had
hoped for, please email me at victoria@primimosaics.com and I'll straighten things out. I want you to love your mirror
as much as I do so I handle each return with care.

Domestic orders

I happily accept the return of undamaged mirrors for a full refund in the form of the original payment. 

Please note: You are responsible for return shipping costs using a traceable source like FedEx or UPS.
If the mirror is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

International orders

I also happily accept the return of undamaged mirrors and will refund your entire order less the original shipping fees.
You are responsible for return shipping costs as above.
